Every element of our rewards program is designed to reflect our core values, drive exceptional performance, and foster a sense of belonging within our globally diverse team.
At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. To make sure our pay is fair and competitive in different locations, we use geographic pay ranges as part of our global pay plan. Geo pay ranges are a way of setting salaries based on the cost of labour in different locations. This means salary ranges will be different depending on where you are based.
The base salary range for this full-time position is between $54,900 - $123,550 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. Please note that the actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location (geo ranges), transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
