About the role
As the Director of Processes and Systems at Remote, you will lead a global team of system experts, process managers, and CRM specialists focused on enabling scalable, efficient, and reliable revenue operations. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you’ll own the strategy, implementation, and optimization of sales tools and systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Clay, Mulesoft, and emerging AI-driven solutions for sales productivity.
Your role will ensure that our revenue tech stack not only supports but accelerates the work of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll drive process excellence, optimize tool usage, and spearhead system integrations to create a seamless operating environment. This is a critical leadership role requiring strategic vision, operational rigor, technical fluency, and the ability to motivate and inspire distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the revenue systems strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future growth.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Clay, Mulesoft, and other AI-driven sales technologies.
- Drive process excellence across Sales and Revenue Operations by identifying bottlenecks, standardizing processes, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Manage system integrations and data flow, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal downtime across platforms.
- Serve as the intake and escalation point for business-driven system and process changes, ensuring timely, high-quality implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Planning, Pipeline Operations, and GTM teams to align tools and processes with business needs.
- Motivate, manage, and develop a distributed team of system experts, CRM managers, and process excellence leaders.
- Champion system adoption and user experience, ensuring teams have the tools and knowledge to work effectively.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar fields with a focus on systems and process management.
- Deep technical fluency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Mulesoft, Clari, and emerging AI tools for sales productivity.
- Proven track record in developing and executing system and tool strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong process optimization skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements.
- Experience managing system integrations, ensuring clean data flow and minimal downtime across platforms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align technical teams and business leaders.
- Proven people management experience, with a focus on motivating, developing, and retaining talent in a remote, distributed environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and change management.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.

Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is
$178,250 - $250,650 USD
