Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and sending the bimonthly report on salary variables (SBC variable).
- Record movements in SUA and IDSE under supervision.
- Assist in the preliminary calculation of ISN (Payroll Tax) and in uploading data to state portals.
- Support in meeting basic audit requirements or IMSS or SAT reviews.
- Focused on IMSS, to provide administrative and operational support in the payroll process, contributing to the collection, entry, and verification of information related to payments, membership changes, salary variability and tax and social security obligations. You will work closely with the IMSS expert to ensure the correct execution of monthly and bimonthly processes.
- Technical support tasks, data entry, preliminary review of information and general assistance with payroll, IMSS, ISN, and membership processes.
Technical knowledge
- Knowledge of SUA, IDSE, and SIPARE (Calculations & platform)
- Knowledge of the LSS, LFT, and INFONAVIT laws.
- Knowledge of ISN
What you bring
- Experience in Mexico: 3 years in payroll processes with an emphasis on social security.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn technical subjects.
- Exercise discretion when handling confidential matters
- Practical knowledge of ISN declarations and payments in states where the company operates.
- Understanding of global Social Security and local taxes.
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but is considered a plus.
- Experience with in-house payroll processing would be considered as a plus
- Experience in Mexico end-to-end payroll processing
- You write and speak fluent English.

The base salary range may be subject to change.

The annual salary range for this full-time position is
$41,600 - $46,800 USD
