About Remote

Remote is building the infrastructure for global work. We enable companies to hire, manage, and pay anyone, anywhere — compliantly and without friction.

This is one of the biggest shifts in modern business. We’re building a brand that’s clear, trusted, and impossible to ignore.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Brand Manager to bring Remote’s brand to life around the world.

This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative development, and product storytelling. You’ll shape how Remote shows up in the world — from high-impact campaigns to the ideas that define our brand in culture.

This is not a “run the playbook” role. You’ll help define it.

You’ll lead our most important brand initiatives while also coming up with bold, original ideas that bring Remote to life in ways people actually remember.

What You’ll Do

Shape and sharpen the Remote story

  • Lead the development and evolution of Remote’s overarching brand narrative
  • Turn complex global employment infrastructure into something simple, human, and compelling
  • Build messaging that clearly differentiates Remote — not just describes it

Bring the brand to life through standout creative

  • Develop bold, original campaign ideas that break through in a crowded B2B category
  • Create scalable creative platforms and concepts — not one-off executions
  • Push Remote into new formats, channels, and cultural conversations

Turn moments into brand moments

  • Transform launches, announcements, and milestones into impactful storytelling
  • Identify and create tentpole moments where Remote leads the conversation
  • Build integrated campaigns that people remember — not just click

Lead high-impact global campaigns and brand partnerships

  • Own end-to-end development of brand campaigns, from insight to execution
  • Partner with creative, content, and growth teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality work
  • Ensure every campaign reinforces Remote’s positioning and drives measurable business outcomes
  • Partner with other leading brands around the world on creative ideas

Lead creative partners and raise the bar

  • Manage and inspire external agencies and creative partners
  • Push for breakthrough work while maintaining strategic clarity
  • Set and protect a high quality bar across everything we ship

Build systems that scale

  • Create repeatable ways to produce high-quality brand work
  • Define how we measure brand impact across awareness, engagement, and pipeline
  • Leverage AI to move faster and expand creative ambition — without lowering standards

Collaborate and align across Remote

  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, communications, and leadership
  • Align teams around a clear, unified brand narrative
  • Influence without authority and make strong decisions with incomplete information

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, with strong ownership of campaigns and strategy
  • Proven ability to develop standout creative ideas that elevate brand perception
  • A point of view on how AI is changing creative development and brand building
  • Experience marketing complex, product-driven offerings (B2B SaaS, HR tech, fintech, or similar)
  • Exceptional storytelling skills — able to simplify complexity without losing meaning
  • Strong editorial and creative judgment — you know what good looks like, and what doesn’t
  • Track record of leading high-visibility, high-impact campaigns
  • Experience working with and pushing creative agencies and partners
  • A clear perspective on modern brand building across channels, formats, and audiences
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authority
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and high expectations

Nice to Have

  • Experience in global employment, HR tech, or the future of work space
  • Experience building brand programs that support enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience scaling brand systems in high-growth companies

We hope to inspire other companies to support global talent-hiring and bring local wealth to developing countries.

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce.  We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.

At Remote, we foster internal mobility as a key element of our culture of employee growth and development, supported by a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity and fairness. Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.

$160,000 - $185,000 USD
