Impact of a People Operations Manager
You lead the way in building a smooth, scalable, and people-first experience at Platform.sh. As People Operations Manager, you simplify and automate core HR processes, making daily work more efficient for teams across the globe. You guide a small, high-impact team while staying hands-on, ensuring that systems, tools, and processes run reliably and adapt as we grow.
Your work supports global compliance, sharpens our people analytics, and drives thoughtful improvements that shape how the company operates. You collaborate across departments to align strategy with execution, helping Platform.sh scale in a way that’s both sustainable and human-centered. What to expect
- Optimize and scale People Operations processes, ensuring efficiency, automation, and scalability across global workflows.
- Drive strategic HR initiatives, improving tools, workflows, and integrations to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the People Operations team, fostering growth and readiness for future challenges.
- Manage and scale HRIS systems, enhancing automation, integrations, and process simplification.
- Leverage people analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead international expansion efforts, including EOR setup, legal entities, and mobility.
- Support social audits, ESG initiatives, and compliance risk management.
- Support compensation & benefits initiatives, including C&B projects and audits.
What you bring
- Ability to lead a global, remote team, effectively collaborating across multiple time zones.
- Proven experience optimizing and automating People Operations processes at scale in a global environment.
- Strong project management background and system design thinking skill in HR, preferably in a tech environment.
- Proficiency in turning people data into actionable insights and strategy.
- Expertise in HRIS management, tooling implementation and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of international employment frameworks, particularly in Europe and North America, including compensation and benefits (C&B).
- Ability to improve operational efficiency through automation and process design.
