Impact of our CRO

As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will own the entire revenue lifecycle - from demand to expansion - across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is a rare opportunity to architect and lead a fully integrated, multi-channel go-to-market strategy at a pivotal stage in our evolution.

With $50M in ARR and a strong foundation in enterprise sales and strategic partnerships, we’re now investing in building a high-velocity Product-Led Sales (PLS) motion to complement and accelerate our growth. You’ll be responsible for transforming these complementary channels into a cohesive and scalable revenue engine - one that drives predictable performance and adapts quickly to market shifts.

The role requires a balance of strategic leadership and operational precision. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape every part of the customer journey, aligning tightly with Product and Engineering to ensure a frictionless path from self-serve to enterprise. As we expand our offering you’ll lead change across revenue teams - bringing focus, accountability, and alignment through transformation.

If you’ve scaled cloud-based revenue organizations, know how to unify functions, and are energized by the challenge of building a modern GTM engine through both proven and emerging channels, we’d love to hear from you.

What you can expect

  • Own and drive revenue growth, leading the go-to-market strategy across Enterprise Sales, PLS, Partnerships, and Marketing to scale ARR from $50M to $100M+.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing revenue organization, ensuring alignment and shared accountability across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Build a modern PLS motion to complement our enterprise GTM, using product usage insights and behavioural data to accelerate self-service adoption and sales conversion.
  • Lead our marketing function, ensuring brand positioning, demand generation, and sales enablement are tightly connected to pipeline growth and market expansion.
  • Strengthen and expand our enterprise sales motion, optimizing for velocity, complexity, and strategic deal orchestration.
  • Define and operationalize clear KPIs across all GTM functions, with a focus on predictability, visibility, and continuous improvement.
  • Refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and drive expansion into new verticals and customer segments.
  • Lead change across the revenue org, evolving culture, process, and focus to support our shift toward a broader platform value proposition.
  • Operate as a trusted executive peer, working closely with the SLT to shape long-term strategy and unify revenue, product, and company priorities.

What you bring

  • Extensive experience leading and scaling revenue teams in cloud-based technology or infrastructure-focused technology businesses.
  • Deep understanding of the developer ecosystem, platform engineering, and modern infrastructure solutions (e.g., DevOps, SecOps, PaaS).
  • Proven success building and integrating Product-Led Sales into a broader GTM strategy.
  • Track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales with predictable outcomes.
  • Strategic leadership experience and proven ability to align Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to deliver full-funnel efficiency.
  • Experience leading through transformation- shaping strategy, evolving structure, and aligning teams through change.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and cost-efficiency analysis.
  • Executive presence and experience working closely with ExCo and Boards to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • A pragmatic, people-first leadership style rooted in clarity, accountability, and collaboration.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
