Impact of a Product Marketing Manager
As a Product Marketing Manager, you play a pivotal role in shaping how we understand and communicate the value of our products. You transform customer insights, market intelligence, and technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with our audiences and attract new customers. Your work directly drives product adoption, customer satisfaction, and go-to-market success.
You thrive on digging deep into customer pain points, identifying what matters most, and articulating how our solutions meet those needs. From developing persona frameworks and messaging architectures, refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), to launching features and strategic partnerships, your efforts help align internal teams and strengthen our external brand presence.
In this role, you report directly to the Director of Product Marketing and collaborate across multiple teams, including Communications, Events, Sales, Product, Enablement, and Advocacy.
What to expect

Messaging & Positioning: Develop product value propositions and messaging frameworks that align with product goals and resonate with target personas across industries and use cases.

Persona & Use Case Development: Continuously refine persona, vertical, and use case frameworks using customer feedback, market research, and internal data.

Go-to-Market Planning: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product features, strategic partnerships, and key launches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Sales, and Growth Marketing to shape product development using market, competitor, and customer insights.

Content Development: Write engaging and strategic marketing content, including website copy, blogs, slide decks, and one-pagers to support awareness and adoption.

Enablement: Collaborate with enablement to help them create impactful training materials that clearly communicate product value and differentiation.

Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert in webinars, internal presentations, and potentially external events. Speak confidently and knowledgeably about our product offerings.

Market Intelligence: Conduct and maintain competitive research to inform positioning and update both internal documentation and external-facing content.
What you bring

Communication Skills: Exceptional English writing and storytelling skills (including video), with a proven ability to create clear, engaging product narratives.

IaaS/SaaS/PaaS Experience: Previous experience in product marketing or product roles within IaaS, SaaS or PaaS companies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Adept at gathering insights and aligning with stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing teams in a fully remote environment.

Project & Time Management: Capable of managing multiple active projects simultaneously, with varying timelines and levels of complexity.

Customer-Centric Mindset: You relentlessly view our work through the customer’s lens, leveraging insights to improve clarity, relevance, and impact.

Analytical Thinking: Data-driven with a knack for breaking down complex topics into digestible content that supports strategic goals.
