Renaissance Learning is looking for a Events Coordinator to be based out of our London offices on a Hybrid basis.
The Events Coordinator plays a vital role in the planning, execution, and evaluation of both online and in-person events.
Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing teams, this role ensures the smooth coordination of event logistics and marketing activities. The position also involves stakeholder communication, lead tracking, and administrative support.
Events Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
Event support:
- Coordinate logistics for regional and national events (e.g., exhibitions, seminars, webinars, special events) across the UK, Ireland, and international markets.
- Manage event deliverables including invitations, material shipping, literature, and giveaways.
- Assist with onsite event logistics: setup/breakdown, registration, guest services.
- Source venues and negotiate contracts under supervision of the Events Team Leader.
- Travel to select events to oversee on-site logistics, as required.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide insights for future improvements.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders: sales teams, vendors, sponsors, and attendees.
Marketing support:
- Undertake lead administration and tracking.
- Assist with the promotion of events and activities via email, social media and other channels.
- Support campaign and other marketing activity, as required.
Other:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.
Skills and experience required:
To be considered for the role of Events Coordinator, we are looking for a Marketing professional who can work in a complex and fast-moving environment, ideally from Education Sales Technology or SaaS company, who has great knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other computer applications.
- Some previous experience in events planning or marketing planning
- Familiarity with Virtual meeting software preferred.
- Some experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and simultaneously manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player who enjoys working with others to support and achieve outcomes.
Additional information:
We offer a competitive salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is based out of our London Office (Renaissance Vantage London - TW8 9AG), on a hybrid basis. Please note our office is due to change early 2026 to a similar area in London.
