Renaissance Global are recruiting for a Commissions Specialist to join our growing revenue operations team.  

This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Anaplan models to support business planning, forecasting, and performance management. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Anaplan solutions. 

Commissions Specialist Job Responsibilities:  

  • Lead the development and rollout, including proof of concepts, of new Anaplan models to support business expansion 
  • Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models that support business processes 
  • Continuously enhance and optimise existing models to improve performance and scalability 
  • Understand business needs, goals, and objectives by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate planning needs into Anaplan formulas and modules 
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by integrating Anaplan with core systems 
  • Drive best practices, offer user support and training, and champion adoption across the business 
  • Own platform governance, documentation, and ongoing model maintenance 
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement technology that aligns with business objectives. 
  • Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using Anaplan implementation methodologies. 

Experience we need: 

  • Must have experience working with Anaplan ideally working within a commercial team. 
  • A proven track record of operating in highly cross-functional initiatives and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment
  • Experience in B2B and enterprise/ SaaS or subscription-based product with high growth environment 
  • Experience in sales incentive design, sale budget modelling and compensation methodology
  • Excellent organisational, planning, time management and project management skills 
  • Ability to communicate effectively, present and negotiate at all levels 
  • Focused and disciplined approach, logical and has meticulous attention to detail 
  • Ability to build strong internal working relationships 
  • Flexible approach; ability to adapt to different situations and requirements 
  • A positive outlook with desire to learn and embrace new concepts and ways of working 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Additional information: 

This is a UK, London based role, all candidates must reside and hold the right to work in the United Kingdom. (Please note we do not offer sponsorship for this position). 

This role will be based out of our London Head Office currently in Brentford (TW8 9AG) on a Hybrid Basis (3 Days a week, in office and 2 Days working from home) Please note the London office is due to move in early 2026 to a South West London location.
