We’re looking for an Education Advisor to join our UK Sales team and work closely with Multi‑Academy Trusts (MATs) across England. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll combine your educational expertise with strong relationship management skills to help schools get the most value from Renaissance solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for senior leaders and assessment leads across your portfolio of MATs. Through these partnerships, you’ll support schools to use data meaningfully, strengthen teaching and learning, and ultimately improve outcomes for pupils.

Education Adviser (MATs), Job Responsibilities: 

  • Building strong, trusted relationships with MAT leads, senior leadership teams and assessment leads
  • Supporting the successful implementation and ongoing use of Renaissance products across schools and trusts
  • Managing annual contract renewals, ensuring solutions continue to meet customer needs and deliver value
  • Helping customers understand and interpret data and reports to drive better educational outcomes
  • Delivering and coordinating training sessions (virtually and in person) to build confidence and capability
  • Analysing and aggregating MAT‑level data and presenting insights and recommendations to school and MAT leaders
  • Advising on MAT‑wide rollouts of new solutions and best‑practice approaches
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to retain and grow accounts in a way that aligns with customer need
  • Supporting new customers to ensure a positive and successful onboarding experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to generate reports, share insights and improve customer support
  • Sharing your experience and understanding of schools to inform our wider work and decision‑making
  • Representing Renaissance at education conferences, exhibitions and events when required

Experience we'd love to see includes: 

  • Previous teaching experience is required - bonus points for experience of Renaissance/GL products in the classroom
  • Have experience presenting to a variety of audiences of differing sizes.  
  • Sales and data analysis skills would be desirable.  
  • Proven track record of achieving growth and delivery of results to meet business plan targets  
  • Use of Salesforce (desirable) or equivalent CRM
  • Have a strong desire to see our solutions used to their full potential in schools
  • Have a commercial focus, able to spot opportunities to retain and grow revenue.   
  • Have an understanding of the Education landscape, particularly Multi-Academy Trusts in England  
  • Be quick to propose solutions whenever you find a problem  s.  
  • Able to communicate data trends to a variety of school stakeholders.  

Additional information:  

The role is a remote home based (UK) role with occasional travel required for team meetings along with attendance at Education sector conferences, and visits to Multi-Academy Trust HQs, schools or conferences as required.
