Job Description

We are seeking for a Senior Salesforce CPQ Specialist to serve as the lead technical expert on our Salesforce CPQ+ platform, including Advanced Approvals, OmniStudio, and AdobeSign integrations. Reporting to the Sr Manager, CPQ Operations & Strategy, this individual will configure, maintain, and optimize CPQ solutions in alignment with our roadmap and governance framework.  The CPQ specialist will partner closely with RevOps, ProductOps, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable quoting processes.  This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on system stability, configuration accuracy, and continuous improvement.

As a Senior Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you will mentor junior team members, provide technical leadership, and act as the go-to technical expert for all CPQ-related initiatives. You will play a key role in stabilizing our recent North America CPQ implementation and supporting the planned global CPQ deployment. 

 

As a Senior Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you will: 

  • Configure and administer Salesforce CPQ+, including Advanced Approvals, OmniStudio, and AdobeSign workflows. 
  • Manage and manipulate CPQ-related data, including product catalogs, pricing rules, quote templates, renewals, amendments, and contract/subscription records. 
  • Use data import and manipulation tools to load and update Salesforce CPQ data, including importing external files into quotes. 
  • Collaborate with RevOps and ProductOps to gather requirements, design solutions, and validate deliverables. 
  • Support testing and deployment efforts aligned to strategic priorities set by the CPQ Operations Manager 
  • Mentor junior CPQ team members. 
  • Document configuration decisions, workflows, and technical designs for team reference 
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and recommend enhancements based on platform best practices 
  • Support global CPQ deployment efforts and system stabilization projects under the direction of CPQ leadership. 

Qualifications

For this role as a Senior Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you must have: 

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce CPQ+ implementations and administration. 
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ+, Advanced Approvals, OmniStudio, and AdobeSign. 
  • Strong skills in both configuration and hands-on data management related to CPQ, including understanding of CPQ data model objects such as Contracts, Subscriptions, Quotes, Quote Lines, and related data relationships. 
  • Experience using data tools (e.g., Data Loader, Dataloader.io, or similar) to import and manipulate CPQ data. 
  • Experience collaborating with revenue and product operations teams to deliver business-aligned solutions. 
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to mentor and guide others. 
  • Familiarity with best practices for CPQ quoting processes and renewals. 

Preferred: 

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification (strongly preferred). 
  • Experience working in subscription-based software companies. 
  • Experience with global CPQ rollouts and complex multi-currency or multi-org environments. 
  • Background mentoring team members or acting as a subject matter expert in CPQ.

The below compensation range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location. 

Salary Range

$109,500 - $150,550 USD
