Position Description:

The Senior Growth Analyst will own the analytical engine behind Ren's growth. You'll build and maintain the model that drives our 3-year plan, establish the measurement framework that makes our experimentation rigorous, and dig into the data to surface the insights that shape how we grow. This is a high-ownership role – you won't be supporting someone else's analysis, you'll be the one setting the standard, and your analyses will directly drive our strategy. You will be expected to marry strategic thinking with stakeholder feedback with analytical validation to help us invest with confidence and accelerate our growth trajectory.  

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Advanced Analytics & Modeling

  • Build and own Ren's revenue growth model, including our 3-year forecast, translating business assumptions into a living, defensible financial and operational plan that has the right level of ambition to challenge us to break the mold 
  • Analyze multi-source datasets (customer, transactional, behavioral) to uncover actionable insights on giving behavior across our diverse and multi-segmented customer base
  • Design and implement experiment frameworks (A/B testing) across the customer lifecycle so we so we can make faster, more confident decisions across acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on growth trends: understanding what's driving changes in our funnel, cohort behavior, AUM growth, and advisor engagement
  • Go beyond the data: bring the right business context to the analytical work and turn the insights into real “so whats” that accelerate our understanding of the business, the market, and our customers 
  • Leverage AI for data and analytics to identify adoption trends, friction points, and engagement patterns

Communication and Cross-Functional Influence

  • Synthesize insights into clear recommendations that influence executive decision-making
  • Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Partner closely with marketing, sales, partner success, product, finance, and more to ensure data is anchored in the on-the-ground reality and structured to shape strategy – with a direct line to the Growth organization leadership team 

 

 

 

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience, ideally from a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity, or a high-growth startup's strategy, business operations or analytics function
  • Pre-MBA or equivalent: you're hungry, rigorous, and don't need a lot of structure to do great work
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and growth analytics: You can build a clean, well-structured model from scratch
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools preferred
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling story to a non-technical audience, both verbally and in writing 
  • Data-centric intellectual honesty: low ego, high standards, deep curiosity that drive you to seek truths and appropriately evolve your point of view and inform that of others 
  • A natural builder: you love taking ideas from scratch and making them a reality, and you never stop learning
