Recruitment Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1.Manage ​end-to-end recruitment, conduct ​background checks, and ensure ​timely onboarding​ to fill vacancies efficiently

2.Execute procedures for ​new hire orientation, ​probation confirmation, ​role transfers, and ​offboarding​ in compliance with labor regulations

3.Organize ​new-employee training​ sessions and assist departments in ​designing training plans​ and specialized programs.

​4.Track training effectiveness​ through feedback and performance metrics

5.Implement ​employee care initiativesand manage ​day-to-day employee relations​ to foster a positive workplace

Qualifications

​1.Bachelor’s degree, with ​5+ years in HR/Administration roles​ specializing in recruitment and employee relations

2.Proficiency in ​recruitment interviewing methodologies​

3.Knowledge of ​local labor policies​ and ​basic labor risk mitigation​

4.Strong ​interpersonal understanding, ​cross-department coordination, and ​resilience under pressure​

5.Proactive learning mindset​ and openness to adopt HR tech innovations

6.Fluent in Chinese and English
