Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher.

2.Minimum 2 year of Amazon Lazada and Shopee sales experience; proficient in product upload rules, transaction workflows, and sales expansion tactics.

3.Thorough understanding of Amazon Lazada and Shopee policies; ability to resolve disputes and safeguard company interests.

4.Expertise in cross-border e-commerce B2C operations; skilled in driving traffic within Amazon, with strong market acumen and marketing strategy capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for managing and maintaining Amazon Lazada and Shopee storefronts.

2.Upload products, edit English descriptions/categorizations, develop marketing plans, and publish products across global sites.

3.Optimize Amazon stores and product listings; utilize marketing tools and sales techniques to enhance exposure and increase conversion rates.

4.Process customer orders, track order progress, and ensure timely fulfillment.

5.Analyze sales data regularly; adjust strategies and propose optimizations based on performance metrics.

6.Maintain store policies and guidelines to uphold positive ratings and reputation.
