Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive mid‑ to long‑term SEO strategies, covering technical SEO, on‑page and off‑page optimization, link‑building initiatives, and local search optimization.
• Conduct keyword research and traffic analysis; monitor indexing status, keyword rankings, website traffic, and conversion performance. Produce regular SEO performance reports and actionable optimization plans.
• Collaborate with the engineering/tech team to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including site architecture, page speed optimization, structured data (schema), and mobile‑friendliness.
• Guide and collaborate with the content team on SEO-driven content planning to improve target keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and overall content performance.
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, analyze competitor SEO strategies, and continually explore new growth opportunities such as voice search, video SEO, and emerging search technologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SEO experience; experience managing large websites or cross‑border SEO projects is a strong plus.
• Proficient with major SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Baidu Webmaster Tools, etc., with basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices. Strong analytical abilities and logical thinking are essential.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; experience in project management or team guidance is preferred.
