Job Responsibilities

• Inventory Accounting & Control

  • Monitor inventory across CN, SG, HK, US, EU and Amazon FBA/3PL.
  • Reconcile ERP vs Amazon reports; track GIT & GRNI.
  • Perform monthly inventory reconciliation, aging, and variance checks.

  Costing & Margin Analysis

  • Compute product costing (freight, duties, Amazon fees).
  • Calculate COGS by SKU/region and analyze gross margins.
  • Prepare SKU profitability and variance analysis reports.

  Intercompany Transactions

  • Record intercompany sales/purchases and AP/AR.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and FX revaluations.
  • Support consolidation eliminations.

  B2C E‑Commerce Accounting

  • Record Amazon/website sales; reconcile PayPal, Stripe, and other gateways.
  • Account for refunds, returns, fees, and VAT/GST.
  • Reconcile revenue against bank receipts.

  Closing & Reporting

  • Handle full‑set accounts (AP/AR/GL) and month‑end closing.
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules, P&L, and variance analysis.
  • Support group consolidation reporting.

  Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with supply chain, logistics, e‑commerce, tax, and regional finance teams.
  • Support internal/external audits and compliance needs.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • ACCA/CPA or equivalent is an advantage.

  Technical Skills

  • Strong foundation in inventory, cost accounting, and full‑set accounts.
  • Experience with Amazon/e‑commerce accounting preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Kingdee).
  • Strong Excel skills; Power BI is a bonus.
  • Good understanding of VAT/GST, multi‑currency, and FX revaluation.

  Experience

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience.
