Job Overview

A 12-month structured program designed for fresh graduates to develop skills in e-commerce operations, marketing, and data analysis.

 

Job Responsibilities

 Support daily operations on e-commerce platforms and gradually take ownership of specific modules

 Participate in marketing campaign planning and execution, including key sales events

 Monitor and analyze campaign and sales data, provide insights for improvement

 Conduct basic user and market analysis to support business decisions

 

Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree, fresh graduates are welcome

 Strong interest in e-commerce, marketing, or digital business

 Good analytical thinking and data sensitivity

 Proactive, fast learner, and willing to take ownership
