Job Responsibilities

• Support the reliability, availability, and performance of application systems
• Monitor systems and respond to incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime
• Assist in managing system changes, deployments, and release processes
• Help implement and maintain secure access controls and compliance practices
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of infrastructure and operations
• Work with engineering teams to improve system stability and operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and system fundamentals
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes (through projects or internships)
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Strong problem-solving skills and interest in system reliability and automation

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure or deployments
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Shell)
• Understanding of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
