Responsibilities:

  • Identify market opportunities, recruit suitable channel partners, and manage the channel ecosystem order.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including but not limited to lead generation, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and deployment.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and follow up on after-sales related matters.

  • Onboard and develop partner/SI sales capabilities to achieve company goals.

  • Handle and resolve partnership conflicts or disputes, maintaining healthy and constructive relationships with ecosystem partners.

  • Generate basic competitive analysis, sales plans, and business plans as required.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills; willing to learn.

  • Basic knowledge of surveillance CCTV solutions.

  • 3–5 years of working experience in the surveillance CCTV industry or related verticals.

  • Ability to perform basic competitive analysis and create sales plans and business plans when needed.
