Responsibilities:

Identify market opportunities, recruit suitable channel partners, and manage the channel ecosystem order.

Manage the full sales cycle, including but not limited to lead generation, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and deployment.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and follow up on after-sales related matters.

Onboard and develop partner/SI sales capabilities to achieve company goals.

Handle and resolve partnership conflicts or disputes, maintaining healthy and constructive relationships with ecosystem partners.

Generate basic competitive analysis, sales plans, and business plans as required.
Requirements:

Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills; willing to learn.

Basic knowledge of surveillance CCTV solutions.
-
3–5 years of working experience in the surveillance CCTV industry or related verticals.

Ability to perform basic competitive analysis and create sales plans and business plans when needed.
