
Business Development Manager – Spain

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the Spanish market.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing reseller and channel partner relationships, expanding our market presence, and driving sustainable sales growth.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B channel development, ideally in the security or video surveillance industry, and is able to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English. You are passionate about building partnerships, proactive and driven to achieve sustainable sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and expand the reseller network in the Spanish market, including identifying and onboarding new channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and installers to drive long-term business growth.
- Develop channel strategies and maximize product sell-through across the partner network.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Deliver product presentations, pre-sales support, and partner training to improve product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, events, and partner development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, product seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Travel within the assigned region is expected.
What you bring to the team
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the security and video surveillance industry.
- Proven track record in developing partner and reseller channels in the Spanish market, with strong knowledge of the local market and channel ecosystem.
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent time management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
