About the Role

Reolink is a fast-growing global smart security and consumer technology brand focused on delivering innovative camera and smart home solutions.

We are looking for a Retail Go-To-Market Manager to accelerate growth across major North American retail channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands how consumer electronics brands win at retail — including product launches, merchandising, promotions, digital shelf execution, retail media performance, and sell-through optimization.

The ideal candidate has experience working with retailers such as Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Amazon, or similar consumer electronics channels.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Go-To-Market Execution

- Own end-to-end product launch execution across North American retail partners.

- Coordinate launch timelines, content readiness, marketing assets, inventory availability, and promotional plans.

- Partner with sales teams and retail buyers to support new item introductions and category growth.

- Work with international teams to ensure successful execution.

Retail Partner & Channel Growth

- Support business growth across retail and online channels.

- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and category teams.

- Execute product launches, promotions, retail media programs, seasonal campaigns, and in-store initiatives.

- Build strong retailer relationships.

Digital Shelf & Retail Marketing Optimization

- Optimize retailer product pages to maximize conversion.

- Improve titles, images, videos, enhanced content, messaging, reviews, and competitive positioning.

- Monitor performance and recommend improvements.

Sales Performance & Business Analytics

- Analyze retail performance and identify growth opportunities.

- Track revenue, sell-through, units, conversion rate, traffic, ROAS, promotions, and category performance.

- Convert insights into business recommendations.

Competitive & Category Insights

- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing strategies, and category movements.

- Recommend improvements for product positioning, pricing, promotions, and assortment.

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Global HQ.

- Act as the bridge between product strategy and retail execution.

Qualifications

Required Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.

- 3–7 years experience in:

    • Retail account management
    • Channel marketing
    • Retail marketing
    • Category management
    • Go-to-market management
    • Consumer electronics

- Experience with Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Target, Home Depot, or other national retailers strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of retail launches, promotions, retail media, digital shelf, merchandising, and sell-through.

- Strong analytical ability.

- Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or retailer analytics experience preferred.

- Strong project management and communication skills.

Pay Range

$85,000 - $95,000 USD
