Job Summary The HR Assistant will provide support in recruitment, employee administration, HR documentation, attendance, and day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple HR and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Recruitment • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling. • Coordinate with applicants and hiring managers regarding interview schedules and recruitment updates. • Conduct initial applicant screening and assist in evaluating candidates. • Prepare and organize recruitment documents and employee requirements. • Assist with onboarding activities for newly hired employees. HR Administration • Maintain and update employee records, masterfiles, and HR databases. • Prepare HR documents, forms, notices, and reports as needed. • Assist with attendance monitoring and checking of employee records. • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and employee-related information. • Assist in monitoring employee requirements, contracts, and other HR documentation. • Handle filing and proper organization of confidential HR records. General Administrative Support • Assist with office and HR-related administrative tasks. • Coordinate with employees, department heads, and external providers when necessary. • Assist in employee activities, meetings, events, and company programs. • Support purchasing, inventory, and other administrative requirements assigned by HR. • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the HR Generalist or Management. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 1 year of HR, recruitment, or administrative experience preferred. • Experience in recruitment and employee documentation is an advantage. • Knowledge of basic Philippine labor standards and HR practices is a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality. • Willing to handle both recruitment and general administrative responsibilities. • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
