Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in advertising operations, with a heavy, specialized focus on Google ecosystem advertising (Search, Performance Max, and YouTube). Experience in 3C, e‑commerce, internet products, or cross‑border advertising is a strong advantage.

  • Platform Proficiency:

    • Core Expertise: Deep, hands-on mastery of Google Ads—specifically advanced Search campaign architectures, Performance Max (PMax) asset group optimization, and YouTube video ad funnels.

    • Secondary Platforms: Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Ocean Engine, and a minor/supporting working knowledge of Meta Ads.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with advanced familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, attribution tracking, and analytics tools to evaluate multi-channel performance.

  • Mindset & Execution: Strong strategic thinking and results‑oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple complex campaigns and projects in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in team leadership or agency management is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Budget Management: Develop and execute annual advertising strategies with a heavy emphasis on Google search and video channels, manage monthly advertising budgets, and ensure strict ROI and performance targets are consistently achieved.

  • Google Ecosystem Mastery (Primary Focus): Oversee day‑to‑day operations with a core concentration on Google Ads, driving advanced optimization for Search campaigns, scaling Performance Max (PMax) strategies, and managing high-impact YouTube advertising campaigns (covering setup, audience targeting, asset optimization, and A/B testing).

  • Multi-Platform Operations (Minor Focus): Maintain foundational oversight of secondary and emerging platforms (including TikTok Ads, Ocean Engine, and light maintenance on Meta Ads) as secondary traffic sources.

  • Data-Driven Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in‑depth analysis of campaign performance and key funnel metrics across Google properties; prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization initiatives to reduce CPA and improve conversion rates.

  • Creative & Landing Page Collaboration: Collaborate closely with creative, content, and product teams to guide video ad concepts for YouTube, asset groups for PMax, and support landing page optimization for maximum campaign effectiveness.

  • Market Trends & Adaptation: Stay informed of industry trends, Google algorithm/policy updates, and competitor activities; proactively adjust strategies and explore new Google advertising features and formats.
