Role
Reorg is seeking a skilled, motivated, and experienced full-stack software engineer to join our AI Innovation team. The AI Innovation team prioritizes impactful and feasible internal and client-facing AI use cases, accelerates value creation while minimizing risk through AI integration, and builds scalable infrastructure, skills, and governance for sustained AI adoption.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build, ship, maintain and support cutting-edge, production-grade generative AI applications in collaboration with an elite team of application developers, AI/software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers. The customer-facing GenAI applications you develop will be part of Reorg’s cutting-edge financial intelligence platform. You will play an essential role in bringing to life new applications, integrating with and supporting existing applications, and contributing to our growing tech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Designing, writing, testing, reviewing, maintaining, deploying and supporting well-engineered VueJS frontend and .NET backend software.
- Integrating with, and maintaining our existing applications in VueJS and .NET. Django-python experience is a plus.
- Improving our test coverage and maintaining high test-coverage across our apps.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts (in Figma) into functional and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate with other application developers, AI engineers, data scientists and UI/UX designers to enhance Reorg’s financial intelligence platform.
- Work with AI engineering and data science to integrate data science models into our products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering
- 6+ years experience in application development and deployment
- Proven expertise with VueJS and .NET.
- Proven experience with relational databases. Experience with PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Experience with caching frameworks (like Redis) is a plus.
- Prior experience building GenAI apps is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps and agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of AWS and REST APIs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, openness to feedback and a growth mindset (inclination towards continuous learning)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and team player mindset
- Professional experience working in the finance industry is a plus
- Background in handling information extraction and retrieval tasks from financial industry-related documents is a plus

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.
The salary range estimate for this position is $155,000-$195,000.
The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
