About You:

You’re passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences. You love solving problems, communicating clearly, and working in a collaborative environment. You’re tech-savvy, organized, and ready to help build scalable support processes at a high-growth startup.

About the Role:

As a Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their questions and issues are resolved quickly and effectively. You’ll play a key role in delivering a best-in-class support experience, enhancing client satisfaction, and contributing directly to retention and product adoption.

What You’ll Own:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and other support channels.

  • Accurately log and document client interactions, resolutions, and feedback.

  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams and ensure proper follow-up.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to route client concerns to the right departments.

  • Stay up-to-date on all product updates, system changes, and internal processes.

  • Provide insights on recurring issues and recommend improvements.

Success Metrics:

  • First Response Time: ≤ 30 minutes (during business hours)

  • Average Resolution Time: ≤ 24 hours

  • CSAT Score: ≥ 90%

  • Ticket Reopen Rate: < 5%

  • Internal QA Score: ≥ 90%

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year experience in customer support, help desk, or similar client-facing roles.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Experience using ticketing systems (Zendesk, Intercom, or similar).

  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and processes.

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing your time effectively.
