About The Role:

 

As a key team member, you'll advance our business clients' platforms through strict adherence to rules and best practices, supporting the launch and deployment of branded mobile applications. Your role includes meticulously validating, implementing, and testing updates with precision and urgency. Proactively communicating with leadership, you'll refine internal processes for a seamless experience across stakeholders. Your deep understanding of our product and proficiency in technical web applications and the medical aesthetics industry will be crucial. Ensuring quality through rigorous QA checks and meeting set KPIs will gauge your success in driving our objectives forward.

 

What you will own:

  • Build new platform for our business clients following rules and best practices
  • Support the launch and deployment of branded mobile applications for new and existing clients by validating, implementing, and testing all requested updates with accuracy and urgency
  • Proactively communicate with leadership to improve internal processes and workflows, resulting in a seamless internal and external client experience
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our product, popular technical web applications, and the medical aesthetics industry
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on your own apps and for peers as assigned
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets as set by department leadership
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with transferable skills, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years experience with a technical product, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Project coordination experience managing deadlines and deliverables for internal and external customers
  • Prior data entry experience or other related work experience demonstrating attention to detail and precision
  • Knowledge of common website building tools such as Wordpress, Squarespace, Shopify, etc. preferred or the ability to learn fundamentals on the job
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with the medical aesthetics industry either as a consumer of services or in a business capacity
  • Ability to diffuse high-tension situations and collaborate with internal resources as needed to resolve customer issues
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills and the ability to use time effectively

 

The total compensation range for this position is PHP 400,000 yearly.

Must have the ability to work a 9 hour shift within US EST time 8:00am to 8:00pm
