Overview:

As an Onboarding Specialist at RepeatMD, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic team, working collaboratively to drive success for over 2000 customers. Your role will be crucial in helping our clients achieve exceptional performance through our innovative mobile app, directly impacting RepeatMD’s growth and success.

What you will own:

  • Driving successful customer onboarding by becoming their trusted advisor, guiding them through the RepeatMD journey with expertise and empathy
  • Crafting personalized RepeatMD experiences that align with each client's unique business goals and vision
  • Empowering clients through engaging, screen-sharing training sessions that transform them into RepeatMD power users
  • Unleashing client potential by designing rewards, offers, packages, and memberships that drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Provide strategic insights on leveraging the RepeatMD app to fuel business growth and stay ahead in the competitive medical aesthetics + wellness industry
  • Champion client success stories, accelerating their Time to Value and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually enhance the onboarding process and product features based on client feedback

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a client-facing role, preferably in onboarding or implementation
  • Sharp business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp and articulate the strategic drivers of diverse medical aesthetic practices
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to captivate and influence audiences at all levels, from front-desk staff to practice owners
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging client situations with grace, turning potential obstacles into opportunities for stronger relationships
  • Self-starter mentality with a knack for creative problem-solving and a drive to exceed expectations
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapts quickly to change
  • Natural ability to connect with a wide range of personalities, fostering positive relationships both internally and externally
  • Passion for empowering small business owners and contributing to their success in the medical aesthetics industry
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems (experience with Salesforce is a plus)

We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team that is dedicated to transforming the medical aesthetics industry. The total compensation range for this position in the United States is $62,000 to $68,000.00. Compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
