About the Role
This strategic and execution-focused role will lead our AI Enablement roadmap, initially focusing deeply on improving our Client Experience and Product departments through robust AI integrations and automation. You'll leverage best-in-class AI tools and AI agents to dramatically increase employee productivity, drive down operational costs, and enable our teams to deliver faster, better outcomes at scale.
Your goal: build RepeatMD’s foundation for an AI-enabled future, implementing AI-driven workflows, automation, and AI agents throughout the organization—beginning with CX and Product teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic AI Roadmap: Lead RepeatMD’s AI Enablement strategy, prioritizing Client Experience (Support, Onboarding, Client Success), Sales/Marketing, and Product teams to achieve maximum initial impact.
- AI Tool & AI Agent Selection: Identify, vet, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, automation tools, and AI agents within targeted teams
- End-to-End Implementation: Own integration, training, documentation, and enablement of AI agents and tools, ensuring rapid adoption and measurable productivity gains.
- Productivity & Cost Reduction: Deliver measurable results including significant reductions in customer support costs, increased CX team capacity, accelerated product development cycles, and improved client experiences.
- Performance Management & Optimization: Define clear KPIs, track performance closely, and iterate rapidly to continuously improve AI-driven workflows.

Client Experience (Support, Onboarding, Success)
- Operational Cost Savings: Reduce CX operational expenses through AI automation.
- Employee Productivity: Increase the number of cases handled per CX team member via AI-driven workflows.
- Client Satisfaction (CSAT, NPS, eNPS): Improve client satisfaction scores by delivering faster, more accurate support and proactive client success management via AI tools.
Product & Engineering
- Accelerated Product Development: Achieve 20%+ reduction in feature development timelines through AI-assisted documentation, development, and testing.
- Improved Product Quality: Leverage AI code-review tools and documentation agents to reduce bugs/errors and improve quality outcomes.
Internal AI Agent Adoption
- Achieve an 80%+ AI adoption rate within CX and Product departments within the first 90 days.
🌟 Who You Are
- 7–10+ years of experience driving technology enablement, operations, or business efficiency, ideally within fast-growing SaaS organizations.
- Proven track record selecting, implementing, and optimizing advanced AI tools and agents within CX, Product, and Engineering workflows.
- Strong operational mindset and proven ability to translate strategic business goals into practical AI-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively align internal stakeholders, manage change, and drive AI adoption at scale.
