About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Product Design who can operate fluidly across strategy and execution. You’ll define the design vision for our consumer and provider experiences—but you’ll also dive into the work yourself, leading key initiatives hands-on. This isn’t a “set the direction and delegate” kind of role—we need a strong builder who leads by doing.
You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to bring high-impact ideas to life, while setting a strong foundation for scale through systems, tools, and team development. You should thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and have an eye for product quality, down to the last detail.

Qualifications
We’re looking for a hybrid leader–builder who brings:
- 8+ years of end-to-end product design experience, including 2–3+ years in a senior or leadership role
- A strategic mindset—you can connect design decisions to business outcomes and influence product direction
- A strong track record of 0→1 product work in high-growth environments
- Comfort operating at multiple altitudes—from shaping roadmap and org structure to designing flows in Figma
- Experience designing both consumer-facing and operational tools
- Strong product thinking and systems-level design skills
- Deep experience evolving and scaling design systems
- A sharp design eye combined with practical UX judgment—knows when to move fast and when to push for polish
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and present to executives
- Low-ego leadership that brings clarity, calm, and momentum to the team
- Experience in eCommerce, consumer health, wellness, or marketplaces is a plus
- NYC-based with 2–3 days/week in-office availability required
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design function across the RepeatMD platform—from strategy to execution
- Own key design initiatives yourself—especially early-stage and high-impact work
- Collaborate with product and engineering to define roadmaps, scope MVPs, and make smart trade-offs
- Shape our product strategy with a design-led perspective
- Drive improvements across both patient-facing and provider-facing journeys
- Define and evolve our design systems and processes to support consistency, speed, and scale
- Help recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing design team over time
- Champion a user-centered culture across the org
