Senior React Engineer
Repisodic is the leading provider of discharge automation software for U.S. health systems. Our EHR-integrated platform streamlines discharges from hospitals and health systems, driving better patient outcomes and higher operational efficiency. By replacing legacy referral systems with modern, scalable software, we empower care teams to focus on patients — not paperwork. We are a fast-growing, mission-driven company working at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and patient advocacy.
Repisodic recently merged with Trella Health with the combined goals to transform care transitions and advance patient-centered outcomes. Read more about this partnership here.
Position Overview:
The Repisodic Development team is a fast-moving, high-quality group focused on solving one of healthcare’s most complex challenges: patient discharge. We are growing rapidly and are expanding the scope of our work and the team to solve it. To help us do that, we are looking for a Senior React Engineer to help design, build, and scale the user-facing data-driven healthcare solutions. You'll own significant pieces of our front-end architecture, set technical direction, and raise the bar for engineering quality across the team. This is a hands-on role for someone who writes excellent code and elevates the people and systems around them.
We operate like a startup within a larger organization: highly collaborative, often challenging status quo, and always looking to get better. If you’re excited about building something meaningful (and having fun while you do it), we’d love to meet you.
Location: This is a hybrid position requiring 1 day a week in our Philadelphia office.
