
Construction Operator

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Equipment Operator based out of our Warrenton VA field office. In this key role, you will leverage your expertise in operating heavy machinery, performing routine equipment maintenance, and strictly following safety protocols to ensure the success of erosion control projects. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in construction, a quick learning aptitude, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. If you're passionate about making a lasting impact while working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
The ability to travel 2-4 nights throughout the week on key projects and home on the weekends. Per Diem and hotel stay provided.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Capable of walking over uneven surfaces, navigating hills, and climbing on construction equipment.
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing tasks at ground level.

- Minimum of 2 years of construction experience.
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery and construction tools.
- Basic understanding of project plans and the ability to set grades.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
What will make you stand out?
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Experience with GPS equipment is a plus, but willingness to learn is required.
