We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our hardworking team! If you enjoy working outdoors, thrive in a hands-on role, and take pride in delivering high-quality results, this is the job for you. As an Outside Laborer, you’ll be an integral part of our projects, helping with a variety of tasks including general labor, erosion and sediment installation control, heavy equipment operation. You’ll work alongside a skilled crew, contributing to projects that make a tangible impact. This opportunity is based out of our Scenery Hill, PA. location
The ability to travel 4-5 nights a week. Per Diem and hotel stay provided.

No two days are exactly the same, but here's a glimpse into what your day-to-day might look like:
Morning Kickoff
- Start your day by reviewing detailed work specifications and plans for the day’s tasks.
- Conduct safety checks on all tools and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and readiness.
Tool Operation
- Operate a variety of tools, including power tools like, as well as landscape equipment like chainsaws, water pumps, skid steers, GPS equipment to perform critical tasks on-site.
Hands-On Erosion Control
- Work hands-on to implement erosion and sediment control measures, following detailed specifications to ensure compliance with environmental regulations..
Problem-Solving on the Go
- Analyze the site and adapt to changing conditions, making quick decisions to address any challenges that arise during the day.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Continuous Learning
- Expand your understanding of erosion control methods and daily construction protocols, applying this knowledge to improve your work each day.
End-of-Day Wrap-Up
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for the next day.
- Review completed tasks with your supervisor to confirm everything meets the required standards and specifications.
This role requires physical stamina, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Every day brings new challenges, making it a rewarding position for someone who enjoys hands-on work and making a direct impact on the environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Capable of walking over uneven surfaces, climbing on construction equipment, and navigating hills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing tasks at ground level.
