Credit Sales Coordinator I
At RES, we’re looking for purpose-driven individuals who are passionate about restoration and sustainability, and who want their work to make a lasting environmental impact. Our team members go above and beyond, bringing initiative, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every project. Collaboration is key—we thrive on teamwork, open communication, and diverse perspectives. In a field that constantly changes, we value those who are resilient, adaptable, and resourceful in the face of challenges. If you're intellectually curious, eager to learn, and ready to help restore ecosystems and protect natural resources, you’ll find your place here.
The Credit Sales Coordinator supports mitigation credit sales by following up with key client contacts, preparing documentation, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. You’ll maintain accurate sales records, coordinate with agencies and clients, and provide critical support to Credit Sales Managers to ensure smooth, timely execution of credit transactions.

- Maintain accurate entries across CRM, ledgers, trackers, and RIBITS, ensuring documentation meets audit standards and agency requirements.
- Process payments and coordinate with accounting to ensure proper recording and routing of closing documents.
- Respond to client and consultant inquiries and support Credit Sales Managers with proposals, agreements, and communications.
- Submit updates and required documentation to agencies; support reporting and audit processes.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
We would like to talk to you if you have many of the following:
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, and/or transactional processing.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, process-driven environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing documentation that must be accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
What will make you stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent administrative/sales support experience)
- Experience maintaining multiple record systems (CRM + trackers/ledgers) and supporting documentation workflows
