The Role

This role focuses on sales operations at Rescue.co, your role is crucial in broadening and refining our emergency response network. The duties include recruiting and onboarding of new service providers, ensuring they are fully integrated, understand and comply with our operational standards through a comprehensive process involving account setup, training, and technology installation. 

You will also conduct regular inspections and audits, travel frequently to meet with partners, and maintain high service delivery standards. Additionally, you will leverage field data to improve onboarding, inspections, and partner engagement, while monitoring partner performance to ensure compliance and efficiency. Your responsibilities extend to reporting key outcomes to senior management. This position requires a proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to enhancing our emergency response services through effective partnership management.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new ambulance and road rescue service providers to expand the reach and effectiveness of our emergency response network.
  • Train all new and existing ambulance and road rescue service providers on using the Flare app, dispatch protocols and standards, and general professionalism and care.
  • Carry out inspections among existing providers and new providers.
  • Travel to meet with existing and new provider partners to conduct regular inspections and onboarding.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions to assess performance and address areas for improvement for service providers.
  • Solve provider-related issues by collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Ensure all data is entered properly within Flare Dispatch for the providers—both current and prospective partners—and also on the internal CRM.
  • Leverage data and insights from the field to make recommendations for improvements in onboarding, inspection processes, dispatching, care, and engagement activities.
  • Oversee the distribution and setup of necessary technology and equipment to new partners, ensuring they are equipped to participate in our network effectively.
  • Track and evaluate partners' performance using system metrics to ensure compliance with service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all partner operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and report on partnership activities and outcomes to senior management.

 

Targets

  1. Inspections
    1. Conduct 100% of required ambulance and road rescue inspections per quarter based on call/trip volume:
      1. 0–300 calls/trips → Minimum one inspection
      2. 301–600 calls/trips → Minimum two inspections
      3. 601+ calls/trips → Minimum three inspections
    2. Ensure 100% documentation of all ambulance and road rescue inspections, with reports submitted within 3 business days of completion.

  1. Onboard new partners
    1. Successfully onboard at least six new ambulance partners and six new road rescue partners annually across all new expansion regions/projects within Kenya.
    2. Ensure that 100% of onboarded partners complete:
      1. All required training & compliance checks must be within 30 days of onboarding.
      2. Full system integration within 45 days of onboarding.

  1. Roundtable sessions
    1. Conduct 100% closure of 1 roundtable discussion per week, ensuring:
      1. Full attendance from required stakeholders
      2. Meeting notes and action items shared within 24 hours

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
  • Recent graduate from 2024 or 2025, or graduating in May this year, with no more than two (2) years of work experience including internships.
  • Outspoken, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage clearly with different stakeholders.
  • Level-headed, analytical, and able to think critically while balancing operational decisions with business profitability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Basic exposure to data analysis, reporting, or performance tracking is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; additional East African languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel and work in operational or field-based environments as required.
