Every day, our dispatch systems connect people in urgent need with medical, security, and roadside assistance - faster, smarter, and with more reliability than ever before. Today, our platform coordinates the largest network of ambulances, security, airevac and roadside responders in East Africa.

We’re looking for passionate team members to help design, build, and scale the core systems and keep our operations running smoothly in a high-pressure, high-impact environment. • Build & maintain software: Write, test, and debug code for apps, services, or internal tools.

• Work from specs: Take requirements from product/PM/design and turn them into working features.

• Collaborate with others: Pair with other devs, talk through solutions, do code reviews, and participate in standups/sprint planning.

• Own quality: Write tests, fix bugs, refactor messy parts, and help keep performance, reliability, and security in good shape.

• Continuous improvement: Learn new tools/tech, suggest improvements to architecture/process, and help keep the codebase maintainable over time.
