 What we do:

Our department is responsible for the backbone of the entire development process and infrastructure. We design, implement, and maintain the processes, methodologies, and technologies that allow and support the development of Resident’s platform while upholding high standards of quality, performance, security, availability, and agility.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer, a highly motivated player with strong interpersonal skills who poses a “can-do” approach to participate in diverse and big technical initiatives based on high standards in a fast-paced environment based on our goals. As a Fullstack Engineer, you will make an impact on Resident’s growth by developing business applications for Operations, CRM, CS, analytics, and more. You will need to partner cross-functionally with different stakeholders and prioritize resources according to the business needs, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, DevOps, and others.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developing a robust commerce workflow
• Designing and implementing a scalable product catalog infrastructure using Node.js and TypeScript, powered by Microservices architecture
• Integrating advanced pricing and promotion tools
• Leveraging AWS Cloud infrastructure and MongoDB databases
• Lead projects from inception to completion
• Drive innovation and ensure successful delivery

Qualifications:

• 3+ years developing NodeJS-based server-side JavaScript/TypeScript applications with frameworks like Express or Nest - must
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar) - must
• 3+ years developing new user-facing features using React.js 
• Working with state management libraries such as Zustand
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of isomorphic React - a plus 
• Good knowledge of modern software development techniques (unit/integration testing, ci/cd pipelines, etc) - a plus
