About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, CTV to take our Connected TV media strategy to the next level in supporting the Ashley Home business as part of our in-house marketing agency team. In this high-impact role, you'll lead the charge in scaling CTV campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable business outcomes. You'll leverage your expertise in CTV media buying, publisher networks, and demand-side platforms (DSPs) to secure the best deals, negotiate competitive CPMs, Deal IDs, and PMP agreements, and unlock new growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a programmatic pro with a keen eye for data-driven insights and a passion for using CTV to shape omnichannel customer journeys—driving both online transactions and foot traffic to Ashley Furniture retail locations. If you're ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead all CTV media buying efforts, optimizing CPMs, securing premium inventory, and negotiating Deal IDs and PMP agreements.
  • Develop data-driven media strategies to optimize CTV spend for website conversions and in-store sales.
  • Work closely with the data science team to refine attribution models, incrementality testing, geo-lift studies, and audience insights to measure CTV impact.
  • Utilize tracking pixels, impression logs, and clean rooms to improve attribution accuracy.
  • Build or leverage the right vendors or technologies to ensure deduplicated impressions across platforms, reducing waste and improving efficiency.
  • Optimize campaigns based on real-time bidding, advanced audience segmentation, and predictive analytics.
  • Problem-solve for aggregating fragmented data across different vendors and platforms to create a holistic view of performance.
  • Oversee budget allocation and pacing, ensuring alignment with aggressive spend and ROAS targets.
  • Align CTV campaigns with in-store promotions and regional sales priorities to drive measurable retail traffic and transactions.
  • Partner with the creative team to test and optimize ad variations for CTV placements, improving engagement and conversion rates.
  • Own and manage relationships with publishers, streaming platforms, ad exchanges, and DSP partners.
  • Stay ahead of CTV industry trends, programmatic innovations, and new measurement methodologies.
  • Ability to apply sound, independent judgment and discretion on matters of substantial importance to the company in performing duties, resolving complex problems, and interpreting policies and regulations.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in CTV media buying, programmatic advertising, or advanced digital media strategy, with a proven ability to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Deep expertise in CTV inventory, DSPs, publisher networks, and programmatic waterfall dynamics, ensuring efficient media allocation and optimal performance.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing CTV campaigns to drive both digital (website) and offline (retail) conversions, delivering impactful business results.
  • Skilled negotiator with extensive experience securing Deal IDs and PMP agreements for premium, high-quality inventory.
  • Technical proficiency in tracking pixels, impression logs, and clean rooms for advanced impression log analysis and performance insights.
  • Expert in deduplicating impressions across fragmented ad placements and multiple vendors, ensuring accurate measurement and budget efficiency.
  • Strong command of frequency capping strategies to maximize ad efficiency, minimize waste, and prevent audience fatigue.
  • Experience in aggregating and synthesizing fragmented data from multiple vendors and platforms into a unified performance dashboard for actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of offline conversion tracking, store visit attribution, and omnichannel media strategies to bridge the gap between digital and in-store engagement.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, leading programmatic platforms (Trade Desk, DV360, etc.), and offline attribution tools, ensuring a data-driven approach to media strategy.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
