About The Role: 

Are you a passionate sales professional who loves helping people find exactly what they need? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment? If so, our Sales Associate role could be the perfect fit for you. As a key part of our sales team, you’ll play a critical role in guiding prospects through their purchasing journey, all while driving revenue and achieving uncapped earning potential.

In this role, you’ll be more than a sales rep—you’ll be a trusted advisor, bringing your knowledge of our products to the forefront and making sure every customer finds the best fit for their needs. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive Sales: Engage with inbound customers via phone and chat, delivering a world-class sales experience that converts prospects into loyal customers.

  • Lead the Customer Journey: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial interest to purchase, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.

  • Hit and Exceed Sales Goals: Work with determination to meet monthly sales targets, bringing your strong work ethic and drive to every interaction.

  • Be the Product Expert: Become a “mattress and sleep expert” and use your knowledge to guide customers to the products that will improve their sleep and lifestyle.

  • Customer Relationship Building: Treat each customer like family—active listening, empathy, and respect are key in every conversation.

  • Collaborate with the Team: Share insights, feedback, and ideas to continually improve our customer experience, and participate in regular video meetings with team members globally.

  • Seize Opportunities: Always be on the lookout for cross-selling and upselling opportunities, helping to bring more of our products into customers’ homes to elevate their sleep quality.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Success: 1+ year of experience in a high-volume sales environment (retail, call center, B2C, etc.), with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.

  • Remote Work Ready: Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to stay productive and focused in a fully remote work environment with a dedicated workspace.

  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain product features clearly and persuasively.

  • Tech-Savvy and Adaptable: Comfortable using CRM platforms, chat tools, and various sales technologies. Experience with Five9, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.

  • Goal-Driven: Results-oriented with a passion for sales and a desire to maximize earnings through performance-based commissions and bonuses.

  • Efficient Multitasker: Able to manage multiple systems and conversations simultaneously, with a typing speed of 50+ WPM and sharp attention to detail.

Schedule & Availability Requirements

  • Full-Time Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts between 6:00 AM – 9:15 PM PST, including weekends, with two scheduled days off per week.

  • Holiday Flexibility: Willingness to work key holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
