The Product department is responsible for creating the best-in-class converting cutting-edge product technologies and adheres to best practices in A/B testing.
What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) initiatives. This is a key role with a direct impact on our e-commerce performance and the company’s ability to drive revenue growth. As a Product Manager, you will focus on turning more website visitors into Ashley Digital customers. You will identify, develop, and execute product and UI/UX improvements designed to increase conversion rates and enhance the customer journey. You will own the process end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the globe.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and prioritize initiatives and work closely with Engineering throughout the sprint process to deliver greater value to both customers and the business
- Define the scope of new features and bug fixes, clearly articulating the rationale behind prioritization and product decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams - including Engineering, Design, Marketing, UX Research, and Data - from initial concept through launch and optimization
- Adapt effectively to changing priorities while maintaining high standards and meeting tight deadlines
- Partner closely with the Data team to identify growth opportunities, friction points, and areas for improvement
- Conduct ongoing competitive and market research, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities to continuously improve the user experience
- Clearly communicate product strategy, decision-making rationale, and growth opportunities to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in customer-facing digital products, preferably in e-commerce, personalization, or a related domain
- Proven experience working with R&D teams, from requirements and PRDs through execution
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and the purchase funnel, with a data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and measuring impact
- Strong product judgment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and evaluate trade-offs
- Proven end-to-end ownership, from identifying opportunities and defining solutions through launch and optimization
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment, influence without authority, and work effectively across global cross-functional teams
- Proactive and curious, with the ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems
- Fluent English, with experience communicating with senior leadership and global stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience leading conversion optimization and experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, hypothesis definition, and analysis of results
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Dynamic Yield, or similar platforms
- Experience leading complex, technically oriented features involving business logic
- Experience leveraging AI tools, including LLMs, to accelerate product discovery, analysis, or execution
