Job Summary
Ready to shape how a mission-driven solar company reaches new markets and builds lasting community partnerships? As Senior Marketing & Partnerships Manager at Resonant Energy, you'll own the strategy, systems, and team that drive brand recognition and qualified leads across Massachusetts and beyond.
What You'll Do:
You'll develop and execute marketing strategy across earned media, digital channels, community outreach, and referral programs, while building the infrastructure that makes that activity trackable and repeatable. You'll lead market-entry research for new geographies, define KPIs, and build the playbooks that help your team convert outreach into pipeline. Alongside marketing, you'll develop and manage partnerships with mission-aligned organizations, negotiate partnership agreements, and represent Resonant at events and conferences. You'll directly manage a team of three, setting expectations, coaching for growth, and creating coordination systems that connect the Partnerships and MarCom team to the broader business development effort.
What Makes This Role Exciting:
This is a builder role at a company with real momentum and a great team. Resonant is expanding into new markets and needs the infrastructure—campaigns, partnerships, playbooks, metrics—to get there. You'll have meaningful ownership over how the company grows its brand and generates leads, with a direct line between the systems you build and the communities that benefit from expanded solar access. If you want to do strategic marketing work that is also genuinely mission-driven, this is it.
You'll Thrive If You:
- Can hold both the strategic picture and the operational details, comfortable setting direction one moment and building a tracking system the next
- Are energized by new market problems, where the playbook doesn't exist yet and you have to create it
- Build trust easily with mission-driven organizations and can translate Resonant's value proposition into language that resonates with nonprofits, community institutions, and developers
- Take ownership of team performance, not just your own, and find genuine satisfaction in developing the people you manage
- Care about brand consistency and bring strong instincts for voice, message, and what makes content land
