Team Lead, Account Development

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Lead, Account Development to support and grow our Account Development team while continuing to drive pipeline through strategic outreach and lead qualification. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Prospect into enterprise accounts through high-volume outreach including cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn engagement. 
  • Qualify inbound leads to ensure alignment with business goals and sales objectives. 
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to support account-based marketing strategies. 
  • Consistently achieve or exceed targets for booking qualified Account Development Leads (ADLs). 
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes in Salesforce and other sales tools. 

Team Leadership Responsibilities 

  • Act as the first point of contact for ADRs with day-to-day questions and support needs. 
  • Assist in onboarding and training new and existing team members. 
  • Help ensure the team consistently meets key performance indicators (KPIs) such as outreach volume and lead engagement. 
  • Monitor and manage reporting for lead tracking and opportunity progression in Salesforce. 
  • Lead event follow-up processes and task management for event-related outreach. 
  • Partner with the Director of Account Development to implement team-wide best practices and strategic initiatives. 
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects that support the efficiency and success of the Account Development team. 

Critical Success Factors 

  • Ability to uncover prospect pain points and align Resonate’s value proposition to their needs. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling outreach and lead discovery conversations. 
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative approach to both individual and team success. 
  • Ability to balance personal performance goals with leadership and team support responsibilities. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Qualifications & Experience Requirements 

  • 1–2 years of experience in Account Development or Inside Sales, ideally within SaaS, MarTech, or a data/analytics-focused company. 
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed pipeline and meeting quotas. 
  • Strong skills in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation. 
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools. 
  • Excellent communication and time management skills. 
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
