Full Stack Software Engineer I

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer I to join our Engineering team. You'll leverage cutting-edge technologies like Spring Boot and modern JavaScript frameworks to build scalable, high-performance applications that redefine consumer data and intelligence. This role is ideal for engineers with a passion for full-stack development, cloud technologies, and AI integration. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack features—from database schemas to front-end UIs—under the guidance of senior team members, using Spring Boot and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Build responsive, user-friendly UI components for single-page applications (SPAs).
- Develop and maintain Spring Boot microservices supporting business-critical features in an agile environment.
- Leverage AWS cloud technologies for deployment, scaling, and maintenance.
- Integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance product workflows and user experiences.
- Optimize and maintain relational databases, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Develop and document RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
- Write robust unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to meet evolving requirements.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the stack.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in full-stack development
- Solid understanding of core programming concepts (e.g., OOP, data structures, algorithms).
- Exposure to Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks
- Experience building UIs with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
- Basic familiarity with relational databases and SQL (understanding simple joins, queries, and data modeling).
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS (or similar) through coursework or guided experience.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and willingness to learn CI/CD best practices.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and growing into full-stack responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and REST API development.
- Exposure to testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with basic cloud services (e.g., deploying simple apps to AWS, using S3).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Awareness of AI concepts or interest in working with AI-powered applications.
- Experience working in a team-based setting.
