Our growing team of innovative tech and hospitality experts has partnered with over 1,800 leading hotels and resorts including Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Westin, and Fairmont. We’ve connected over 3 million people with relaxation and luxury in their own neighborhoods, making rest more mindful, togetherness more meaningful, and escape more accessible. Fresh off a Series B $30M raise, co-led by Declaration Partners and 14W with additional investment from previous investor Charles River Ventures, and new investors Endeavor, Jessica Alba, Adam Grant and others, ResortPass is at the beginning of creating a new category of hospitality.
We are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area, as this role will be in person at our NYC headquarters. The base salary for this role will range from 200,000 - 225,000 per year, and will be eligible for equity, commensurate with experience.
- Own the roadmap for data and analytics capabilities, processes, and tools to facilitate a variety of business use cases such as effective analysis and reporting, data science exploration and model development, and data quality and anomaly detection
- Work with stakeholders to develop reporting, build dashboards and define metrics to measure business success
- Own the data science roadmap, work with stakeholders to build out ResortPass’ demand and pricing algorithms
- Ensure data is infused into the decision making of all teams at ResortPass
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, data or similar role
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Expertise in SQL, experience with Python or similar language is a plus
- Experience standing up analytics foundations and strong understanding of DBT and Looker (or similar BI tools)
- Comfortable working in ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to work with stakeholders across each part of the business and clearly communicate your views
