About the Role
As Lead Product Manager - New Ventures, you will be responsible for launching new ResortPass categories, starting with Spa.
Within a category, you will oversee the end-to-end product across both sides of the ResortPass marketplace. You will enable guests to benefit from unique experiences that help them recharge, and hotels to unlock new revenue streams and optimize their operations.
You will be responsible for deeply understanding user needs, shaping the product strategy, and working with a world-class team of designers, engineers, and marketers to bring highly impactful features to life.
This role is truly unique because it offers the experience of building zero-to-one, with the support and resources of a well-funded company.
We’re looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, passionate, customer-obsessed, and analytically minded. This person will report into the VP of Product and work closely with design and engineering teams to build best-in-class products. You will have significant interaction with our CEO, VP of Engineering, VP of Sales, VP of Marketing and other senior leaders. You should be hungry to drive business value, rigorous about defining and then measuring your metrics for success, and enjoy launching and learning at high velocity.
We are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area, as this role will be in person at our NYC headquarters. The base salary for this role will range from $185,000 - $210,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to bring new categories to market on the ResortPass platform
- Own the category strategy, roadmap, execution of product features across both sides of the marketplace (guests and hotels)
- Deeply understand our customers via qualitative interviews and quantitative analyses in order to continually iterate, innovate, and evolve the product experience
- Drive and be accountable for the revenue and engagement metrics for a ResortPass category
Your Experience

- 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex products and features from concept to launch
- Experience building 0 to 1 products within a high performing marketplace product function
- Ability to conduct direct user interviews and build product features that address their needs
- Deeply quantitative and able to deconstruct a funnel, and define and calibrate target metrics
- Skilled at operating as a cross-functional leader in situations with high levels of ambiguity
- Scrappy, motivated, problem solver who won’t wait for direction
- Mastery of data and product tools including JIRA, Amplitude, Looker etc.

- Bonus points if you have:
- Deep knowledge of SQL
- Entrepreneurial experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO
- Familiarity with marketing technology and tracking tools
- Experience in travel or marketplace products
