Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce content management or a related field.

• Proficient with Shopify, including product setup, flows, collections, custom meta fields, and data management functions.

• Experience in optimizing product listings, content creation, and understanding of SEO principles.

• Experience with conversion optimization techniques, including testing to refine e-commerce strategies a plus.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for occasional product content adjustments.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing product listings, promotions, and content updates.

• Competent in using Google Sheets to handle product data efficiently.

• Familiar with collaboration tools such as Asana or Slack for managing team workflows a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior management to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.

• Manage and update product information, pricing, and images on our e-commerce platform to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized to maximize customer engagement.

• Provide support to cross-functional teams with timely updates on product listings, promotions, and content-related projects.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine product descriptions, SEO, and digital content for enhanced visibility and engagement.

• Conduct regular audits of product data and content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.

• Stay informed about industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and strategies for content optimization.

US Based Hours Requirement:
This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from any location. However, due to the urgent and fast-paced nature of processing orders, we require that 50% of working time aligns with US Eastern Standard time. This schedule ensures you can effectively communicate and collaborate with the rest of the team and respond promptly to the dynamic requirements of our operations.
