Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to support our growing e-commerce business. This role is focused on producing modern, visually compelling designs across multiple channels, including email marketing, e-commerce assets, digital advertising, and internal documentation.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative, with a strong design portfolio and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires both creativity and structure, as well as openness to using AI tools to enhance efficiency and output.
Primary Goal
Create modern, visually appealing designs for a wide range of internal and external uses, including (but not limited to) email campaigns, banners, advertisements, documentation, and e-commerce assets that align with brand standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Design visually compelling email campaigns that align with brand guidelines and drive customer engagement

Develop engaging graphics and layouts for the e-commerce website to enhance the online shopping experience

Create promotional materials for digital advertising, including display banners and social media graphics

Translate complex ideas into clear, visually understandable designs for a broad audience

Work with limited photography by developing creative visual solutions

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and execute multiple revision cycles when required

Utilize AI tools where appropriate to assist with image generation, copy ideation, and creative workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of professional graphic design experience

High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of digital design projects

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

Experience designing for email marketing, web content, and digital advertising

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
Preferred Experience

Experience working as part of an in-house creative team for a medium to large e-commerce brand

Familiarity with AI tools for creative production (image generation, ad copy support, etc.)

Graduation from a formal graphic design or related higher education program
