Training Manager – Sales and Customer Service (Philippines | Remote)

Salary Range: ■65,000 – ■85,000 per month

Role Overview

Our mission is to help customers save time and money when purchasing commercial kitchen equipment and supplies by delivering a consistent, customer-centric buying experience. We combine strong operational processes with technology and industry expertise to support customers efficiently at scale. We are hiring a Training Manager based in the Philippines to lead and continuously improve training programs for our Sales and Customer Service teams. This role is responsible for building structured onboarding, managing training delivery, and ensuring new and existing team members are fully equipped to perform at a high level.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in training, learning & development, enablement, or people leadership within a sales or customer service environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing training programs or trainers
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and customer service workflows, preferably in e-commerce or B2B environments
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills (written and verbal English required)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and support tools such as NetSuite, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Ability to design scalable onboarding programs and continuous learning initiatives
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end training strategy for Sales and Customer Service teams
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve structured onboarding programs
  • Ensure mastery of customer-facing workflows including quoting, order processing, and CRM usage
  • Lead and support trainers or facilitators to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align training with tools, processes, and performance goals
  • Maintain and update training documentation, SOPs, and playbooks
  • Track and report training KPIs such as completion rates, ramp time, and quality scores
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback and performance analysis

Work Schedule & Time Zone Alignment

This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines. At least 50% of working hours must overlap with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) to ensure effective collaboration with US-based teams.
