To support that mission, we are seeking a structured and highly accountable Workforce Operations Assistant Manager to oversee employee compliance, productivity monitoring, and workforce related operational processes. This role plays a critical function in protecting company assets, maintaining security standards, ensuring payroll accuracy, and supporting overall team effectiveness. This position requires a balance of firm policy enforcement, operational discipline, and professional employee support.
Skills and Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in workforce operations, HR operations, compliance, IT administration, or a related oversight role.
- Experience handling payroll coordination, employment documentation, or HR administrative processes.
- Familiarity with employee monitoring tools, device management systems, security settings enforcement, or compliance tracking platforms.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality standards and internal controls.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills with the ability to communicate policies and expectations clearly and professionally.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Comfortable addressing performance issues and enforcing standards in a professional and objective manner.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee employee monitoring systems and device compliance tools to ensure adherence to company productivity and security standards.
- Ensure all team members maintain required device configurations, security settings, and approved software environments.
- Monitor productivity metrics and escalate concerns related to performance, policy violations, or non compliance.
- Coordinate payroll processes, verify time and attendance data, and ensure payroll accuracy prior to submission.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, policies, employment documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate workforce documentation including employment records, compliance logs, and policy acknowledgments.
- Develop, update, and enforce workforce policies related to monitoring, security, and operational accountability.
- Prepare internal reports summarizing workforce compliance, productivity trends, and operational risks.
- Support leadership in maintaining a culture of accountability while ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of company standards.
US Based Hours Requirement:
This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from any location. However, due to the urgent and fast-paced nature of processing orders, we require that the working hours strictly align with 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. This schedule ensures you can effectively communicate and collaborate with the rest of the team and respond promptly to the dynamic requirements of our operations.
