We are seeking a results-driven SEO Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and execute our organic search strategy to increase traffic, improve keyword rankings, and drive measurable revenue growth across our ecommerce platform. You will collaborate closely with content, development, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure our site maintains strong visibility in highly competitive search results. Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years leading an ecommerce SEO team

• Proven experience driving measurable revenue growth through organic search

• Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy

• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and leading SEO tools

• Experience conducting advanced keyword research and competitive analysis

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and site architecture best practices

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with traffic and revenue goals

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify growth opportunities and content gaps

• Oversee on-page and technical SEO initiatives to improve rankings and site performance

• Collaborate with content teams to optimize category pages, product pages, and blog content

• Work with development teams to implement technical SEO improvements

• Monitor organic performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports

• Stay informed on search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly

• Lead ongoing site audits to identify and resolve SEO issues

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen search visibility and competitive positioning

US-Based Hours Requirement:
This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from any location. However, due to the urgent and fast-paced nature of processing orders, we require that 50% of working time aligns with US Eastern Standard Time. This schedule ensures effective communication and collaboration with the team and allows for prompt responses to dynamic operational requirements.
